As you craft your lion paper bag puppet, you can discover fascinating facts about lions that make them so unique. For instance, lions are known for their iconic manes and fearsome roars, which help them communicate and establish dominance. Lions also have excellent teamwork skills, working together to hunt and protect their territory. As you bring your lion puppet to life, you'll find yourself drawn to these regal creatures and their amazing abilities!

Here are five crazy fun facts about lions for kids:

Roaring Rangers: Lions can roar so loudly that their roars can be heard up to five miles away! They use their roars to communicate and establish their presence in the wild.

Social Stars: Lions are the only big cats that live in social groups called prides. These groups consist of related females, their cubs, and a small group of males.

King of the Nap: Lions are known for their love of rest and relaxation. They spend up to 20 hours a day sleeping and lounging around.

Majestic Manes: Male lions are famous for their impressive manes, which serve as protection during fights and help them appear larger and more intimidating.
