I recommend printing the Halloween Emotions Spinners Templates on 8.5x11 white cardstock paper. Although cardstock paper is superior, you can use regular paper if you are unable to find cardstock.
Step 2: Color The Halloween Emotions Spinners Templates
Once you've printed the template, it's time to unleash your creativity! Use markers or colored pencils to bring the Witch, Frankenstein and Bat to life with vibrant colors. You're the artist, so let your imagination run wild!
Step 3: Cut Out the Halloween Emotion Spinners

Attach a brass fastener through the center of the two circles, ensuring it's secure but can still spin freely. To find the center, remember that "x" marks the spot. Make sure that the circle with faces goes on the bottom.
